We want you to have a great time while staying us.

We also want you to be as informed as possible. So, apart from the sun, surf, parties, and food, here are some policies and property rules to be aware of.

You want to be sure before you book that room.

Guests can cancel or change their reservation anytime up until a week before their stay for a fee of 15% of their stay. This allows us to offset the taxes & fees we incur regardless of if the stay is canceled or not.

Guests who cancel or change their reservation within 3-7 days of their upcoming stay will lose 50% of their stay & within 2 days will lose 100%. This is so that if a guest cancels so last minute that we cannot fill the stay with new guests, we can offset some loss of income.

Think of it as your way of guaranteeing relaxation.

Guests must pay a deposit of 50% of the cost of their stay upon booking in order to reserve their spot. The remaining 50% of the cost of the stay plus any new charges will be charged at check-in.

Guests can check-in at the front desk from 2pm to 10pm on arrival day. If you need to arrange a later check-in, please call us at least 24 hours ahead of time to confirm. Any check-ins after 10pm will be done via a password-protected key lockbox on your door.

We chose this late check-in method so that guests will feel safe & not have to pay a late check-in fee when checking in late at night. Guests’ remaining balance for their stay will be charged at check-in or by 10pm of their arrival day.

Don't show up & don't tell us? That's no good...

Guests who don’t check-in by day’s end on their arrival date & haven’t called to arrange a late check-in will be charged for the full cost of their stay. We have this policy in place because otherwise any no-call, no-shows would result in us losing out on that income, being unable to re-fill the rooms with new guests at the last minute, & still having to pay applicable taxes & fees.

You're going to be walking to the beach, do you really need that extra car?

Due to limited parking spaces, one car is permitted per room for free. Any additional vehicles need to be reported to us in advance & will cost $15 per night. All other vehicles not abiding by this policy will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
